The Dangers of fast food has been spread out through the restaurants which are commonly found in a big city. Modern era with tough schedule for business requires people to spend most of their time in the business or work. On the other hand, they don’t have enough time to eat healthy meal. The consequence of this condition is fast food. It becomes the trend for modern people. Historically, Fast food restaurant was built at first time in New York in 1912 called Auto mat in New York. However, this kind of restaurant became more popular in 1920′s and 1930′s and several automat’s were built in several countries.

Nevertheless, you have to consider that fast food has no good for your health for some reasons.
- Eating fast food means bad eating habit. Most of the fast food contain of 1,000 calories such as fries and cheeseburger. This amount is a half of dietary allowance that is recommended.
- Fiber is very important for our body. Yet, fast food contains of fat and carbohydrate more than fiber. It is the fact that one-third of adults in U.S are obese and fast food becomes the cause of this obesity.
- Mostly, fast food is using non-healthy substances such as artificial flavor, preservation and colors. These substances are commonly found in fast foods which are loved by children.
- Consuming fast food will cause serious disease such as stroke. The risk of stroke is high when you eat fast food because its content is sodium in high level. Sodium will raise the blood pressure.

Besides the unhealthy contents in the fast food, there is also serious issue in this fast food industry. The issue is dealing with employees who work in the fast food restaurant. Most of them don’t have career experience. Even, unskilled adults will be accepted as employee in the fast food restaurant. Since the health is important. So, it is highly recommended to avoid consuming fast food because the dangers of fast food are clearly defined.

The Dangers of Soft Drinks

Most people enjoy the sweet taste of soft drinks but little do they know that there are some dangers associated with the consumption of these carbonated beverages. The following are some of the dangers that a consumer who takes soft drinks in large quantities is exposed to: -Most of the soft drinks contain a sweetener known as HFCS.  This sweetener increases the risk heart disease as well as diabetes. The sweetener also increases the risk of obesity in persons under the age of 18.Soft drinks also contain phosphoric acid which can cause osteoporosis as well as bone break down.

Excretion of phosphorus in the urine increases the risk of excretion of calcium as well, which reduces the level of this (Calcium) important mineral in the body leading to very weak bones.Soft drinks may contain little amounts of caffeine compared to energy drinks and coffee but these small amounts of caffeine can trigger some side effects. Excessive consumption of soft drinks can contribute to the dependence of caffeine, insomnia as well as behavioral problems in children and teens.Biphenyl-A (BPA) is a resin that is used to coat the soft drink cans. It is believed that this chemical can cause cancer as well as cause serious endocrine system problems. It is also believed that BPA causes reproductive abnormalities and also premature puberty.

It is, therefore, very important for every consumer to consider the health problems that can arise due to the consumption of soft drinks in large quantities. It is wise to prevent the occurrence of such health problems than to ignore and get seriously affected.
